  • A friend recommended Dr. Helin after I described what sounded to them to be a popped rib. I have never had a rib out before and was nervous but her warm and confident demeanor managed to put me at ease even as she pointed out that I actually had 3 ribs out, not just the one. She explained why she was doing what she was doing during the adjustment which made me feel safe while in her (strong yet gentle) hands. As bummed as I was to find out she is out of my insurance's network I won't go see anyone else. She clearly has a passion for helping people and everything from the lovely lady at the front desk (I forget her name) to the adjustment itself was a pleasant experience. I will certainly be sending my friends to her in the future!

  • I'm so happy i found Dr. Leah Helin! I recently went to my second visit with her and i wanted to wait to leave a review till i knew how my body was feeling afterwards. Well i feel great. i can breathe better and a few areas where i had back pain are no longer hurting. I felt amazing the next day after i woke up. Dr. Leah made me feel very relaxed when it's hard for me to do that with a chiropractor. She explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns before we started. You can tell she has a great deal of passion for her trade, her clients and all the continued education and technology that comes with her profession. Thanks again for making us hard working people feel good ;)

  • I've seen many chiropractors over the years. Over the course of my life I've been in 7 car accidents, and like many people ignored my whiplash. About 8 months ago I found out I had herniated discs 5&6. I also found out I have cervical stenosis and that my muscles are so tight from these injuries that I need trigger point therapy, PT therapy, and OT therapy. In the mean time I have been terrified to see a Chiro because I didn't want to end up hurting myself more, we've all heard the rumors of if you have a cervical injury, never go to a Chiro. Well, as luck would have it, Dr. Helin was referred to me by a person who is super freaked out by chiros and even YOGA! But she said this woman would take good care of me and not push my body limitations too far and most of all, make me feel better. So I decided to give her a try. I've see her twice now and I am just so impressed with her knowledge, passion, and skill. She verbally tells you what she's doing to you and why while she's working on you-- I love that. She doesn't come on too aggressive at all but just enough where you feel good the next day. I feel so happy, I've been in so much pain, spinal fusion was even discussed by Dr' sat one point and I think this alternative route is really the best route. If you're looking for a kind, and amazing Chiro, she's the one for you. I was SO NERVOUS and she really put my mind at ease about the whole session. So basically book your appointment now! She's totally worth it :)
